The plot takes place in the universtity of "Latinia", a Fictitious city in South America. Carlos, a young man who comes from a rich family makes friends with communist young fellows. Thus is in fight with his parents. Carlos' father is a influent man in Latinia, and refuses that american people come and control the business of his country, because the financial aid sent by the american government is used in corruption. The play "The TIger" is being shown in town and communist students get invited to see it.
After having seen the play, Carlos' father comes to him and asks forgiveness for his attitude ; he then changes his attitude and this is the starting point of a new and honest atmosphere between the protagonists.
